We provide full parts and service support to keep your machinery in the field and working at its best.
Our fully equipped service departments are dedicated to keeping downtime to a minimum. All repairs and scheduled servicing is performed by fully trained technicians... promptly and reliably. Our experienced Parts Managers can assist you with all your parts needs. And if we don't have it in stock, we'll get it in for you.
QMAC stock and supply genuine Case IH parts which are made specifically for your machine to ensure you always maintain peak performance. We also provide parts and service for Kubota and Silvan products, as well as a range of accessories to compliment your operation. Full parts and service support is offered for Case Construction through our Cairns branch.

Looking for a part? Case IH's online Parts Catalogue is there to help you along.
The online Parts Catalogue allows you to view drawings and select parts for Case IH and legacy branded machinery including Austoft, David Brown, Case and International Harvester, from as far back as the 1930's. With over one million part detail lines available, the catalogue is a useful tool whether you're a farmer using the latest machinery or an antique tractor enthusiast.
Once you have selected the parts you need, print a list and bring it (or fax it) to your nearest QMAC branch for easy ordering. We can then discuss your needs with you and will confirm pricing, suitability and availability of parts. The catalogue is easy to use and convenient – it's available 24 hours a day!
