The new Case IH Austoft 8010 and 8810 harvesters, in addition to their already impressive list of extras, now offer real time YIELD DATA with the AFS Pro 700 monitor.

This technology can be retro-fitted to the earlier 8000 and 8800 series harvesters with the Pro 700 screen.

TELEMATICS

Instantly sends data direct to the cloud based portal, allowing data access anywhere, anytime.

GPS CAP

Provides a location point or “tag” for the data being logged. Also provides other vital information such as speed and Harvester heading.

YIELD SCM

Yield SCM – converts all the sensor data to a digital signal which is then sent to the Pro 700.

WEIGH CELL

Provides and accurate weight of the yield heading out of the elevator and into the tipper bin or haulout. Provides the final step in working out true tonnes/hectare or tonnes/hour.

ELEVATOR RPM SENSOR

Provides the system with an exact time the cut cane (yield) will reach the weigh cell

BASE CUTTER & CHOPPER PRESSURE SENSORS

Provides the yield data with an initial high or low pressure reading which becomes the tagged GPS point and first step to working out a live tonne/hectare.

PRO 700 DISPLAY

Integrates all the data and logs real time yield. Also allows post calibration of yield if required.

  • Better manage use of fertilizers and spraying to meet regulations and save on production costs.

COMPATIBLE WITH NTRIP/CORS NETWORKS

The telematics in the harvesters now also allow you to work through the NTRIP (Network Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol) and CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Stations) networks that use mobile phone towers for fixed positions, replacing the need to set up your own base stations.

These networks are genereally a paid subscription service.
